Bonnae Gokson

Renowned for her creativity, taste and style, as well as her contributions to the fashion, luxury and lifestyle industries, Bonnae Gokson currently helms Sevva, one of Hong Kong’s most-talked- about restaurants. Formerly regional chief of image and communications for Chanel, Gokson was also instrumental in the establishment of the Joyce Group, assisting her sister, Joyce Ma through the early years to create what became a fashion powerhouse.

At Sevva, she’s twinned Hong Kong’s multicultural DNA with regional Chinese cuisine to create a dining experience that’s simple yet luxurious – the culmination of her studies of current global trends, realised with characteristic creative flair. Gokson also launched Ms B’s Cakery, a bespoke bakery purveying delectable cakes and sweets to the public, corporate groups and other restaurants.

Following the success of her award-winning book Butterflies and All Things Sweet, Gokson published a follow-up, Weddings, Butterflies and The Sweetest Dreams, which “celebrates romance, creativity, artistry and love in all its forms”.
