As Senior Talent Partner (D&I) I'm responsible for coordinating OneAdvanced's D&I activities. I help drive efforts from our employee-led Inclusion Networks to make real change within our business. I'm responsible for reviewing and improving our hiring and development practices to ensure we eliminate bias and create truly inclusive and equal opportunities.
